윈도우10의 새로운 대형 업데이트 May 2019 Update 제공 시작

세계 1위 소프트웨어 기업 마이크로소프트가 Windows 10의 대형 업데이트 May 2019 Update(버전 1903)의 일반 제공을 시작했다.

 

이번 대형 업데이트는 5월 21일 또는 이후에 전달된 업데이트를 설치하는 Windows 10 버전 1803 또는 1809 환경이 필요하여 수동으로 갱신하지 않는 한 다음 정기 업데이트까지 대형 업데이트 설치도 이루어지지 않는다.

 

조건을 충족하는 경우 Windows 10의 Windows Update에서 갱신을 체크함으로써 다운로드 가능한지를 확인할 수 있다. May 2019 Update에는 투명성을 높인다는 Microsoft 대응의 일환으로서 Windows 릴리스 헬스 계기반이 제공된다. 동 대시보드에는 현재의 업데이트 전개상황과 미해결 및 해결된 기존 문제에 대한 민감한 정보가 제공되며 현재 지원되는 Windows 버전마다 페이지가 마련되어 키워드로 문제를 검색할 수 있다.
